Cycle Media is their in-house production arm.

While I was there, I produced video and photo branded content for LG USA Mobile, BMW, Five Star, and original content for Cycle.

I built a live production infrastructure for in-house live-stream operations, including creating guidelines, workflows, and templates used agency wide.

I managed a team of Coordinators and Assistants and oversaw hiring of production personnel.

I maintained and actualized production budget of up to $1.2M, and oversaw the production process from creative development, through bid process, pre-production, production, and post.
