While I was there, I oversaw two feature length documentary productions with budgets over $1MM each. I navigated the Netflix deliverables process and Sundance Film Festival entry. I built budgets and managed cost tracking and payment schedules, and created a 50-week long production timeline, from pre-production to active/field to post-production.
